“Amwaj” Lettering

Year: 2013. Client: Amwaj Jewelry, Abu Dhabi


As part of a re-branding proposal for the Amwaj Jewellery brand in Abu Dhabi, this lettering wordmark was developed as a proposed creative route for the logo of the brand. The lettering was inspired by traditional Latin calligraphy and was created manually with a calligraphic pen in a dynamic form that gives the wordmark a recognizable signature, while creating a space for more typography to be placed underneath the word within the calligraphic stroke.
